Brought my boat trailer in to have bearings repacked and have them put on new bearing buddies. They didn't put any grease on one side so the bearing came apart and the wheel fell off, ruined the hub. The trailer had only been in the water 5 or 6 times since vistos worked on it. The guy who fixed it said that the bearing buddy on the side that the wheel fell off of was was clean and that it had never seen grease. I don't know if the tech forgot to put grease in the one side or just got lazy. Either way, it cost me $350 to make it right on top of what I paid vistos to do it right the first time. They get one star and I recommend that you go elsewhere.
Great service - they even have a sense of humor. It was my first time there and I felt very welcomed. Would not hesitate to go back for any trailering needs.
