This company is Not willing to work with you on ANY camper issues. Very poor customer service, LINDA Is super rude. Will NOT do business with them again.
I seriously wish I could give this place is a zero stars I spent half of a day making a deal with them on one can one of the sales people Ken is the worst saleman to ever deal with promised you the world and didn't follow through on a single thing I helped my parents out getting the camper their dreams and it turned into nothing but a nightmare he lied about everything we don't even know if it was really inspect it or not it was filthy on the inside my parents had to spend a full day just cleaning it once they picked it up and took it to the lake worst experience ever nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves that kissed your butt at the beginning of the sale and then as soon as it was done treated us like crap. Even gm of location was a jerk about it all i mean who promises cleaning, repairs, and delivery and then says no after camper is paid for? Crooked and liars!!!! Not to mention u make a deal and they neglect to tell us that oh u may not get delivery til sometime in June! Serious?? Negative 2 stars!!!!
I want one
So we finally find our dream camper after numerous hours and travels, we special ordered our camper through Donna who was GREAT, unfortunately when our camper came in there was multiple things wrong with it we went to look at it they sent us through to pick out the things that we wanted done prior to delivery, a week later they said everything was done and to come and look at it, haha everything was patched with a bandaid it was absolutly horrible...therefore once again we picked out all of the things that we would like to have done prior to it being delivered, well they contact us and tell us that it is ready for delievery and of course when it was finally delivered NOTHING was done the way we asked, we complained about this and of course they said they would come out and fix things for us as soon as possible. They said that they ordered parts and things and of course when i would call a few weeks after NOTHING was ordered. The list of things that were needing to be fixed went on and on, radio went out, light in bedroom, crown molding, water leak etc. therefore they were needing to make multiple trips out to fix the things that they should have in the first place...well that rarely happened, they always had excuses for not coming to fix things or things were always ordered wrong, there were multiple things that we had to do on our own because we couldn't wait the weeks it would take them with water in our camper. The warranty lady Linda is SO RUDE and SUPER DIFFICULT to work with, she acts as if parts are coming out of her own pocket, she blames you for everything that happens to the camper, I have never worked with anyone more RUDE in my entire life. Finally at the end of out first year when things were not done they said they would get all the parts in over the winter and we would be first on the list HAHA again this spring when calling they had excuse after excuse and told us it would be around mid July before they could come, this was super upsetting and therefore finally we settled on my husband doing the work and they would pay us for him to do it. We didn't need to put the stuff up asap we didn't notice for a few months that once again the parts were ordered wrong, they ordered a countertop that they damaged 1 1/2 feet too short and now of course they won't take those parts back and get us the appropriate ones "because it is too late and we settled on a deal" this is exactly what I told them would happen when we made this deal that they would order things wrong and not honor them its not my fault that they don't understand and know their own job.... FINALLY after dealing with this ridiculous company for 2 years and the stuff that was initially supposed to be done prior to delivered is still not done we contacted the Forest River Company which is where our camper came from. I will say the man at Forest River was super nice and apologetic for LIFETIME RV, FOREST RIVER company is a great company to work with, LIFETIME RV NOT SO MUCH and I will NEVER work with LIFETIME RV AGAIN, if you want a nice camper and actual customer service I would suggest you find a different company because if something goes wrong with your camper and you are not close to their location GOOD LUCK!!!!
