We have had fantastic experience with Outlet Recreation and Kevin Whitney as our sales rep. This is the second camper Kevin has helped us purchase. We have purchased (this one included) a total of 5 different campers over the years. From Sales to Service, everyone works together. Kevin was great! He helped us go through different models, answered all of our questions, always easy to talk to and works hard on each deal to make it the best possible. As long as we continue camping, we will continue to work with Outlet Recreation and Kevin if we can!

They kept my money that I had put down on that trailer, which I thought was terrible. This was NOT my fault. I'd rate them better if it weren't for that!!

The more I researched and got myself educated on buying a travel trailer, weight of that trailer became a major issue. Wish the sales person would have lead me away from that trailer into something that would be more manageable weight wise as she knew what my Towing capacity was. I thought it was going to work, however the GVWR was just too much for my SUV. I really had my heart set on that one.
First time shopping for a travel trailer. I put money down on a travel trailer, but I ended up not getting one from them because of my Social Security coming in WAY late, which I was counting on to pay it off.
