The staff is very nice and helpful. Rates are reasonable and the units are new and clean.
I left cabinets that were family heirlooms in my storage unit that I am still paying for and the manager put a lock on my unit and then refused to give me MY property. He essentially stole from me. Terrible experience on top of the fact that the manager is NEVER in the office. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
