My sister chose David's bridal to look at wedding dresses, and I was hesitant because I had heard some iffy things about David's Bridal. I was completely taken back by how amazing the employees at this location were. My family that was with couldn't have been happier with the service either. Jewel(s) and her trainee Emily made my sister feel like the most beautiful person in the store. They listened to her, always referred back to her opinion, and just knew what would look good on her. My sister said yes to the dress and we all (including the ladies that were helping her) had tears of happiness before the we walked out of the store. The manager (boss) was also very kind, along with the other employees! Such an awesome experience and highly recommend this location!!!
As mother of the bride to be I was very pleased. After just a couple of hours, my daughter was able to find the dress of her dreams. The staff was very helpful in helping her narrow her choices and once the decision was down to 2, they accessorized her top 2 choices. They were very open to our opinions and welcomed us upon entering the store. They didn't even care that we were still there at closing time finalizing the deal.
Bathroom update needed. This is a odd thing to review about but they were not only gross but falling apart. Brides are paying a pretty penny to buy your dresses. They should be treated so in all ways.
We went to David’s bridal to get my bridesmaid dresses and my mom’s dress. They had a large selection of bridesmaid dresses and my sisters were able to pick any dress they wanted to try. The girl that helped us was named Kate and was immensely helpful! When my sister started to get discouraged, Kate pulled 3 dresses that fit perfectly and matched the other dresses! She also picked the perfect dress for my bridal shower. They only downside was that the selection of dresses for the mother of the bride was very limited, and the dresses that were available were very motherly. She ended up not finding a dress there. Overall, the experience was great and our consultant was extremely helpful!
I had Mallory and she was so personable and truly helped me look and feel beautiful!! I highly recommend davids bridal!!
