This place is hit or miss. One day the pizza might be perfect and no problems with the delivery, the next day the pizza is undercooked and is EXTREMELY light on toppings or the delivery driver has no idea where they're going or takes around 2 hours. The last order I placed took around an hour and 50 minutes, I received a call from the driver saying I gave him a bogus address... Even tho I used my online account which I've ordered countless pizzas from with no issue. At this point having waited 2 hours I told them I was good and canceled the order. I received an email from spicy pie the next day apologizing for the mix up, and letting me know my rewards account would be credited back. Well as I'm about to order right now it looks like they didn't honor crediting my rewards account back. Not really surprised. And also not ordering from here again.

I don't know what has happened to this place, but the service has become absolutely terrible. The last 3 times I've been here my order has been either forgotten or messed up. I try and give them a break because they're busy, but all the previous times I've gone have been on different days, at different times, and the service has been the same every time. Tonight, I went here with my girlfriend and roommates, and we ordered 2 pizzas with the beer pitcher deal and bread bites; we got the pitchers of beer within 2 minutes by the barman who seemed to be the only one in the entire restaurant who knew how to competently do his job. We were delighted to have beer, however, we were less than enthusiastic to receive only 3 slices of pizza, 35 minutes after we ordered 2 whole pizzas and a side of bread bites. A manager came over, straightened out our order and promised the pizzas were in the oven. 40 minutes later we had ONE of our pizzas with no sign of the other two orders. By this time, everyone in our group was upset, hungry, and out of beer. The gentleman from the bar returned and we reminded for a second time we had still not received our two other orders. Just as we were about to walk out, we got our second pizza and bread bites. I timed this all on my watch because I was amused at first, then astounded, then finally fed up with the lousy customer service (besides the dude from the bar) here. No apologies or offers for discounted food or beer. I'll never come back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I would not order anything to be delivered from this store, My fiance Katie ordered a pizza and a couple slices of pizza at 4:30pm to be delivered at 7:30 , nothing showed up so we called at 750 talked to a lady who put me on hold , was on hold for 7+ minutes, she came back on and said who is the order for Emily , then she said she would check, she then said she hopes they made the pizza or she would be mad, she hopes its on its way and hung up. I then called back at 8pm and talked to a Carolyn, she said the order was being completed and on the way, I then made food at home for our daughter, and tucked her into bed, 8:45 and still nothing. I called back asked to talk to a manager a kid answered said he was the acting manager , explained the situation to him, he said they were very busy that's why nothing came , he did apologize , I am hoping he refunds the credit card like he said but we will see. A lady then tells him he came to the house and rang the doorbell which I find funny as we were here the entire time. We will not order from this store again I advise you to stay away.
