I have never had a bad experience with Janelle and her team. The services are the highest quality, and the price is extremely reasonable for their talent level and services performed! I have gotten everything from my nails to extensions done and I have only ever left the salon feeling amazing. Would recommend to anyone.
I normally do not go to this salon however I was in the area and needed it done so my hair would stop falling in my face. I'm a horrible client to have. I'm very picky. However the stylist I had took more time care to style my hair and show me how to do it properly then my normal stylist who I've been seeing for some time now and in some areas did a better job. I highly recommend going there the stylists are trained very well. Well worth the price for the competence and care put into the not only the product (Cut/Color/Hair Product) but also the experience of the stylists. Has a good line of men's hair products as well which is a plus. -- I had the stylist Lauren Bercier -- A++
Janelle and her team at West 13th Salon are the best around! Janelle is incredibly talented and definitely a leader in her industry! Not only does she have skill, but she is so personable and easy to relate to. I drive an hour 1-way for my appointments with Janelle, and it's worth every mile! Give them a call if you haven't already!
First time going to this salon & I will be a life time customer as long as MaLeah is there! I got a haircut & peppermint deep conditioning treatment & paid a little over $40 Now I my hair smells fantastic & is silky soft :) MaLeah is such a sweet girl with a megawatt smile & boy does she know her stuff!
Everyone was so beyond friendly and nice. They really do care about customer opinion and work hard to provide best results possible. I did a body wrap treatment there and I was comfortable the whole time and it really did work! Love this salon!
